摘要：

Current status of using titanium in aircraft, shipbuilding and automotive industries will be analyzed. It will be stressed that the cost issue is the most important for the automotive applications. Powder metallurgy seems to be the way to bring the titanium closer to the needs of automotive industry. Titanium hydride approach in titanium powder metallurgy will be discussed in details to show that it allows cost effective processing of high-quality titanium materials. Effective post sintering heat treatments will be also discussed.

报告人简介：

阿列斯特·伊瓦西辛（Orest Ivasyshyn），bwin必赢登录入口官网全职外专特聘教授。乌克兰国家科学院院士，曾任乌克兰国家科学院金属物理研究所所长。两次获得乌克兰国家科技奖、乌克兰功勋科学家。曾主持11项国际重大科研项目，发表各类科技论文400余篇，专著3部，发明专利29项。擅长采用粉末冶金法制备低成本高性能的钛及钛合金，并掌握独特的钛合金快速热处理技术，能够在降低钛合金制造成本的同时大幅度提高其综合性能。由其开发的三个高性能钛合金系列（Ti-6Al-4V、Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al、Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-3Cr）已被制成铆钉和飞机机翼的骨架用于安-225和安-124运输机。
